Whenever I listen to an owner / CEO talk about their company’s culture, I always want a follow up survey with their employees to find out if they actually know what the reality is. Employees 2 or more steps removed from the owner have a very different idea or experience of culture.

Talking career path options with our oldest is wild. YouTuber? Programmer? Game developer? Rocket League Pro? My business didn’t exist as a thing when I was in high school so anything and nothing is possible.
