I’m live now on Twitch or YouTube trying out Riverside’s video editing abilities. Come hang out and ask any q’s you have about podcasting or winters in Canada. 🥶

I’m going to be live streaming this afternoon trying out Riverside’s video editing abilities (1:45pm CST / 2:45pm EST). Feel free to join on Twitch or YouTube.

“Stupid hooman doesn’t know you can just pee outside. Woof.”

A fluffy dog is lying on a tiled floor near a doorway, while a person's foot wearing a sock with text is partially visible.

“It’s cold enough I bet you could freeze some water out there.” is not something we ever say around here.

A weather app screenshot shows Saskatoon with a temperature of -35°C, extreme cold warning, and partly cloudy conditions with varying temperatures from -28°C to -23°C.

My throat is a little sore tonight which I’m sure is unrelated to the sickness three people in my family had over the last week.

What are the odds I’d get sick too? 🤷‍♂️ 😢

Turns out Neville’s a big Severance fan.

Neville Dogbottom sitting on a couch propping his head up on the arm rest watching a TV showing an episode of Severance on AppleTV+

One of those times when reading to one of my kids before bed and the book is so good I don’t realize they’ve fallen asleep.

Have to re-read the last chapter tomorrow night I guess.

Photo of a page from Station Eleven: No more Internet. No more social media, no more scrolling through litanies of dreams and nervous hopes and photographs of lunches, cries for help and expressions of contentment and relationship-status updates with heart icons whole or broken, plans to meet up later, pleas, complaints, desires, pictures of babies dressed as bears or peppers for Halloween. No more reading and commenting on the lives of others, and in so doing, feeling slightly less alone in the room. No more avatars.
