I unlocked something in my brain today about how I could use @Microblog to post and publish my blog at, ditching the Eleventy / Netlify combo which is too complex for a woeful nerd like me. Just need to sort out how to import all my blog posts in? 🤔

HandMirror for macOS is one of those apps I would totally use a lot, if I could just remember to actually use it when I need it.

(It’s a menubar app that pops up a quick view of your camera so you can check your hair before a Zoom or Riverside call.)

Some days while running my own business I wish I had a manager to tell me what to do next. Especially when I have a head cold that makes everything feel foggy.

Can I hire someone to come tell me what to do? But still be the owner somehow? 😆

Couldn’t sleep at 4am this morning so decided to watch the first 4 episodes of Barry. I’m a sucker for dark humor at the best times - even more so when parts of life are a stress ball.

Some days I feel like I need a smoke break after getting my family out the door to school / work in the morning.

If I buy an M1 Mac, does Final Cut Pro support adding chapter markers without stopping the playback like Logic Pro can? Because it’d be nice to be able to drop a marker as someone asks a question, but then be able to hear the question?

Good morning specifically to those of you who take a crust for the team. The rest of your family “hates the crust pieces”. You’re sacrifice everything and eat the crust pieces so your family doesn’t have to feel like they’re being wasteful by throwing the crust out. 🙌

At a restaurant last night we mentioned to our server that the fries were really good. He replied with “Yeah I know! They’re from Costco!” 😂
