Does anyone enjoy โ€œalbumsโ€ on Apple Music that have videos mixed with music? I donโ€™t know what the best way is to have videos from artists, but it feels like for playability the videos could be somewhere else?

If you’re curious about Micro.blog, check out the latest episode of ShopTalk Show where Dave and Chris interview Micro.blog’s creator, Manton Reece. They talk about features I didn’t know Micro.blog had, and I’ve been using it for a few years already.

Tempted to pick up the Elgato Wave XLR that’s on sale at Amazon for an updated USB-C preamp for my Heil PR40 mic, but the macOS support seems to be iffy in reviews. Anyone else in #podcast land have one on a Mac?

I haven’t been bitten by an iCloud bug like Dan Moran details here yet? For my business I pay for Dropbox & Drive as well, and I wish iCloud Drive had the manual control of those two services.

Let the 3D printing commence. Iโ€™ll never have to buy a guitar pic again!

I’m really happy iPhone camera reviews like this exist, but I’d be down to review iPhones from the perspective of someone who takes sunset photos through their window because it’s too cold outside. Call me, Apple.

Flighty remains undefeated as the best (iOS only?) app for tracking flights. It’s one of those rare apps that makes me want to do the thing it’s designed for more.

  4. Relax and / or profit.

I realize it probably couldn’t replace the stock bookshelf functionality on Micro.blog, but I’m loving how Hardcover is to reading as Letterboxd is to movies.

Posting on Micro.blog about editing a podcast interviewing the creator of Micro.blog has to win some sort of small “m” meta prize, right?

Updates coming to Patreon, including an option for a free tier. The new logo kind of looks like a weird kidney though?

A family we know needs some help accessing mental health treatment. If you’re able to help in some way, they’ve set up a GoFundMe here. Thank you. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I (finally) published a new video on my YouTube showing how easy it is to record, edit, and publish a podcast episode from Descript to Transistor to podcast apps - with a transcription included for good measure.

Joining the ebook revolution (10 years late). Picked up a Kobo Libra 2. Someone give Robin Rendle an affiliate dollar.

Experiencing U2 at The Sphere for the first time the way Willie Williams intended it: on my phone on TikTok half covered by comment buttons and UI. ๐Ÿ˜†
