I dig these kind of here’s what you should do with iOS 26 guides, because after months of hearing about it and even having the beta on my iPhone, I kind of forget what’s actually new about it, besides glassssssss.
This week I’m going to be meeting someone for the first time even though we’ve been friends and working together for around 12 years - all because (I think?) of this podcast.
I hate tomatoes but love bruschetta. I contain multitudes.
I’m doing a #selfie a day for a year, day 27, Sep 14, 2025 edition.
How many times am I going to forget about taking my #selfie until right before bed? Probably at least half of them.

New episode of Build Your SaaS coming soon. 🎉 I’m just glad to know Jon Buda is still alive. I was getting worried that Justin had Weekend at Bernie’d him at this point.😆 #podcasting
A petty annoyance I have with people who restart their blog in 2025 is how almost every one of them seems to think they’re the first one to contemplate restarting their blog in 2025.

I just published a new episode of my podcast called “3 Quick Things: Threads, New iPhones, and Violence in the USA Bleeds Everywhere”. 🎧
In the big picture of parenting, this is relatively minor. But having to talk to my kids about avoiding videos of real violence that could appear in their feeds or be shared by friends was a sucky conversation to have last night. I sometimes wish we could mute #America up here.
This may only make sense to my brain, but Twitch is macOS, YouTube is Windows. I don’t know why. Anyway, I think creating clips of your fav streamer is a neat feature of #Twitch that more people should know how to do… so here’s my video on how to create clips of your fav Twitch streamer.
One reason why I recommend Rogue Amoeba suite of audio apps for macOS users is because they’re excellent at keeping their apps up to date with all the latest macOS changes. Their audio editor, Fission, gets a face lift for macOS 26.
I disagree with Gruber: I think tech CEOs are paid appropriately enough to prepare for a supper with Trump, knowing by now that almost anything could happen and that at minimum, they’ll be expected to kiss his orange ring at any moment with 4K cameras watching.
Some days I wish I was a farmer so I knew to keep driving the combine around the field until it was all done.
Working for myself it’s sometimes difficult to know what the next right thing to do is.
It’s my #selfie a day for a year, day 22, Sep 9, 2025 edition.
