I asked this in a Discord I’m in, but just confirming that I didn’t misunderstand or miss something: at no point was “taking over Canada” part of Trump’s voting platform or reason why someone in the US would’ve voted for him, correct?
As far as I can tell, it basically came out of nowhere?
Woke up to the vacuum not working, the dog being off (seems fine now), and fresh snow on top of all the ice from the melt we’ve been having. Feels like a very Monday Monday.
Normally I think it’s silly to sing a national anthem before a sporting event that isn’t an international kind of thing like the Olympics.
But given all the things, I got chills hearing the 5,5,00 people singing along to “Oh Canada” at the hockey game tonight.
Finally getting around to checking out Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. The first episode was a lot of fun. If the rest of the series is like this, I can understand why so many folks have been raving about it. Even got a “It’s ok” from my moody pre-teen. 😆
